Barbeque Roast

So I threw a pork roast on the grill the other day. I cooked the thing for 6.5 hours but I think I should have made it 7 or maybe even 7.5. That and the next time I won’t smoke it nearly so much; man was that ever some potent mesquite!

Overall, not a terrible first attempt, but I’m going to stick with some simpler and quicker fare for the next few grillings. Putting that much time in for anything less than a nirvana-like experience feels a little bit wasteful.

Speaking of nirvana however… the grilled corn cobs were 8 flavors of awesome!
