Mindfulness Of The Breath

I spent a good portion of the day yesterday being mindful of the breath. Except this time it had more to do with surviving the altitude and not getting exhausted from lack of oxygen.

It worked out quite well too. I didn’t get any more tired than any other day where I woke up two hours before dawn and drove all day for hundreds of miles.

Which is to say I had just enough energy to clear out my camera last night and then passed out. So much for all my other plans.
