Fall In Love With Your Grill Again

We’ve been doing a lot of grilling this summer. Everything from the meatier side of things to Fish and veggies. I especially like grilled corn and my peppers and onions are crazy yummy on hot Italian sausages…. Mmmm…. anywho.

Initially we were using those briquettes, but they tend to impart an overpowering fuel-ish taste to everything.

Then the Better 3/4ths came home with a bag if lump charcoal that’s nothing more than straight up wood and looks like the remnants of a forest fire. It even crackles like one when lit too, which is neat.

It takes longer to get going and it burns much hotter so you have to be mindful, but since it lacks that fuel-like binder crap that they press those briquettes with, the food you serve is simply amazing.

  1. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME ,HAD THE RIBS THE OTHER DAY BUT CANNOT USE THE GRILL IN THE APT.THEY CAME OUT GREAT BUT TOOK DOUBLE THE TIME WITH OVEN WORK.I JUST LIKE RIBS.
